Customers pay the price when customer care flies through the window!!!!

Spoke to a number of consultants who simply told me to hold on without coming back. Called back soon after only to be handed the same. It is now three days later and no one has reached out. To make matter significantly worse, I have spent literally hours on the phone using my airtime without any consideration or compensation
