Customer Service / Waiting Period for Activation

We have received router and the installation with Vuma tel is complete , waiting for activation for over 5-6 days like *** !!!!!!! Customer service is appalling really …….!!!! Lets not even mention the customer care line calling mweb , lord almost 20-30 min waiting for agent , then you get transferred to hold another 20 min Guys really !!!!!!!
