**** customer service, poor ISP VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE AN HORRIBLE ATTITUDE

I have been a loyal and reliable client to mweb for the past 10 years plus even currently but with a heavy heart I requested for their service to be canceled due to poor customer service and turn around times , my service was abruptly suspended and canceled without my permission and when I phoned in the agent by the name of rafika told me that I was terminated last yest September, but I was still paying and had current fibre on 11th January my service my canceled and after me phoning 30 times to mweb had no joy and until now my services are still not activated due to the agents poor customer service and lack of knowledge I requested to cancel my Line and switch over to an ISP that respects their clients ...I'm absolutely disappointed in mweb I spoke to numerous agents and nothing ever got resolved it has been 8 days and no solution I hope that they keep to their word and cancel my line so I can migrate , and I have a credit amount of R 1013, 00 how will I be paid for this another loss and unhappy client, people never use mweb ,I'm suffering .

In top of that when I phoned in I was told that I placed a moving of premesis when it was the agent error rafika so mweb must get their act together I always phoned in to query and until now I have no reply...
