Customer service pathetic

Most poor, pathetic and unreliable isp ever. I sent a cancelation of my mweb fibre, I'm at work and get very busy so I have no time to attend to calls, I hand over to my family members to sort out and they cannot cancel without my verification? Like are you serious? My family member has all my details so what is the issue??? I won't ever recommend mweb to anyone, rather go for other isp's.
