Customer service non existent

My wifi has just stopped working I have been trying to phone and get through to technical support but the phone either cuts out, says the number you have dialed is wrong or just does not ring

I have been using all 3 contact numbers that is shown on the internet and not one has put me through. I need my wifi to work now as my children use it for school / work

It is disgusting that you cannot get through to a person to assist you. I am really not happy
