Customer service non existent

Customer service non existent: called the billing support helpline yesterday, despite being number 1 in the queue, a prompt came up to advise that it may take up too 20min for an answer, while waiting you are also prompted to make use of the chat function online...then the call drops half way through. Not sure how you are 1st in line, but nobody answer, are there no staff to help?? Today i tried the chat function as prompted yesterday, to my lack of surprise again no answer....
