Customer Service? More like Customer Sabotage!!

My experience with your customer service has been nothing short of appalling. It is practically non-existent, and I find the WhatsApp chat service incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. It feels like there is no one available to assist EVER and chats are ended abruptly when issues are no where near to being resolved. I am currently subscribed to a 150/150 line speed package, but the signal is constantly dropping. We are a typical household of three, and this should not be happening. I am extremely disappointed that my previous email complaint received no response. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable. If it were not for the inconvenience of finding another ISP in the area, I would have never chosen MWeb. I sincerely regret signing up with your service.
