Customer Service is Hell. Don't use them

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I am moving house and requested a move for my fibre product. I have phoned them 5-10 times, wasting my airtime and they are struggling with the move. I then request a cancellation of their ****ty services as well as a refund (since they deducted the cost already) and they are ignoring me! Don't use them, they are absolute *******!
