Customer service from HELL. Even Eskom is better than this

I’ve just seen Mweb reviews and I wish I’d seen them before I joined. I used to use Mweb back in the days when it first arrived and it was a reputable brand. Yesterday I paid for my suspended account at 2pm and til now have not been reconnected. Why is the account suspended? Mweb has failed to debit on the new proposed date reported 3/12 ago. The girls who respond will send you from pillar to post and couldn’t care less. I’ve been trying to search who the owner of the company is. I feel they too don’t give a **** about their customers to have such crazy red reviews and not flinch. I’ve been calling them like a mad person and at this stage I’ve decided to find an alternative. My mental health is far more precious than losing it on uneducated small minded companies and their poorly trained employees. If you want my advice as a consumer stay away from Mweb. They will frustrate for no reason. They’ve employed a lot of 3rd graders and that’s the service you’ll receive. It no longer is that worthy brand.
