Getting through to anyone that could help me with even the most basic account needs is nearly impossible. Their "goals" of cost and staff reduction are being met at the expense of their customer needs.

You will NEVER get less than 10min of call time logged before speaking to a human, and this is the result of their systems not being able to "verify" multi year customers who want to ADD services... Imagine if you had real issues other than wanting to give them more money.
