Customer Service

Such terrible customer service!! We have phoned Mweb numerous times and just get transferred from one department to the other. We have sent emails telling them that we need to move our line and need a complete installation. We have given all details that they need and still no response. It has been almost a week now. The first time we sent an email about 3 weeks ago we waited 4 days to get a response out of them. They can't even provide a proper email address.
