CUSTOMER COMPLAINT

I ordered service from mweb and when i had clearly stated to them that the delivery address would be different from the rica since i did not own the place they still put the incorrect information i was inconvenienced dearly because i needed internet to work now because of mweb my dreams have been shattered and i have to pay mtn R500 because of the airtime waisted on the long calls trying to resolve my issue with *********** representatives who put me on hold for outrageous periods when they knew clearly that this will be affecting my budget the worst customer experience i ever got in my life my word of advice anyone who wants internet DONOT TRY MWEB ITS *********** AND HAS NO BUSINESS ETHICS
