Customer cervice sucks

Mweb hosting vuma tell is very slow in response and also customer service. I have been trying for 2 weeks making payment via there pay fast method but till date nothing is happening I have contacted them numerous times and yet again today where one of the sales agent put me on hold for 15 min with out giving me any assistance or contacting me back I am very upset.
