Customer care service below service delivery

I waited on the line for 45 minutes for someone to answer thereafter I was placed on hold for 15 min. I was double debited they couldn’t answer why for 2 seperate amounts I still haven’t received a call 8 hours later. I called again now still on waiting 30 minutes as I type and their BOT service cannot connect me to agent to even answer my questions
