******** & ********** Mweb business practices - BEWARE...

******** and blatantly so. I just got off the 'phone to the technical department of Mweb after enquiring why my 100mbps speed, when tested, only yields max 19mbps. After a lot of backpedaling, excuses and deflection, the technician conceded that I'll NEVER achieve 100mbps because the router Mweb supp**** me with is only capable of ever reaching speeds of 50mbps. And yes, they sold me the 100mbps package, and billed me for it for more than a year now, knowing full well that their router can only ever produce speeds of max 50mbps. This is SO ********* and ********** - I am hoping for someone at Mweb to contact me quickly - this is going to be my next project... I'm sincerely looking forward to bringing this to each and everyone's attention....
