Credit due to no service

I had no service from 3-28 February due to a broken line to the exchange in my area. I reported slow connectivity on 28 January, but heard nothing back. Mweb knew nothing about the broken line when I contacted them on the 19 February, after I reported no ADSL or phone line to Telkom. I requested a credit for the line section as I had no line from 3-28 February. Mweb only credited me with R75 for the period 19-28 February, as they said that this was the only period that was reported. Yes by me!!! Why didn't Telkom report back to Mweb about the broken line? And why didn't Mweb follow up on my fault that I first placed on the 28 January? I cancelled my Mweb account but now they have downgraded me to just a uncapped account and migrated the line back to Telkom. Now the problem is I have to paid for the 4Mb uncapped bundle already for March, but I now have to pay Telkom for line rental for March which is R299 . This is R89 more than what my line section on the Mweb 4Mb uncapped bundle. I would like to know if Mweb is going to pay for the R89 difference? And if I will be getting a refund of R210 plus R75 into my bank account, as I don't want a credit.
