Credit controller

I have paid them in error on the 07 August 2023. Requested refund on the 24 August I was asked to send more documents dually did so. On the 14 September 2023 I was informed that refund will be done within 3 to 5 working days we are now on the 29 September 2023 and no refund has been received my reference MWB***8. If I had to owe the funds, I would have been handed over but no consecutions' if they take their time to do the refund.
