.co.za domain still not created. acc number ***4

I app**** for web hosting on the 14 February 2018 on the Ultra Package, i received a message that my account will be activated within 24hrs, at first i had a problem login into my cpanel, when i tried to create my emails i received a message that said 'you are not authorized to view this page'. I was then advised to send an email as the person i was speaking to said that he does not understand the error. I did that now everytime i call i am told that the technicians are working on the matter, i ask what is the problem, they say they dont know and it has been escalated. I ask how can you escalate something you dont know, what have you escalated?? I am so upset as i am not looking for the domain for fun, this is for my business and this is not a great way to start with you guys. i am considering on registering with another service provider, all my life i never thought mweb would be this way as i thought you guys are a reputable company. As i am typing this i am extremely disappointed and ashamed that i even thought of u guys.
