Contracts mean nothing from their side - they only bind the customer.

Signed up "telephonically" in February 2020 for their Fiber Uncapped deal advertised. Before i even paid my first instalment, the price had increased by R100-00.. Was told it is not their fault, it is their suppliers - but tough luck, I am bound for 24 months as per their terms, or else pay their penalty fees. Shocking way to do business, i will never promote their services if this is their tac-tic!! Nobody cares to try assist or look into your problem at all.

Word of advice - STAY AWAY FROM THEM. - What they advertise is not a true reflection.
