Contract cancellation Acc ***3

Called Mweb to cancel the contract and was told that the last debit order will be on the 30/11/2025. Upon calling to verify the info after seeing that the WiFi was still on was told that the debit order was to be cancelled end of December of which that was not the agreement. At some point I was made to hold for more than 30 minutes when I requested for the recording until I hang up. Now when I call I can’t even go through
