Continuous Contract changes

MWEB for a third time you are changing the original deal we signed up for with your wifi services, telling us if we want to maintain what we signed up for, we now need to pay more. We signed a contract, why are you constantly changing it?

Moving our upload speeds from 25mbps, to 10mbps is a drastic change. Perhaps some customers won't notice this, but we upload large amounts of data for our business.

Your behavior, and lack of customer service is now affecting our business negatively.

Think it's time we said goodbye. Once was annoying, the second change to our contract, frustrating. This third change I reckon we need to now part ways for a service provider that actually looks after their customers.
