continual ignorence to my complains and threaths t

after wrote my complain here in hellopeter I received a call from mweb of which it was no where closer to solving the problems that I had with mweb, the lady that called me was no where closer to listening to my concerns instead she **** continually and ignored me completely. she promised to send me the audio recordings to me but since from then I haven't received anything from them. when I asked her to play the audio recordings she cut it and hide some parts and decided to play a part of it that suit her lies, I therefore ask her to send me the whole conversation but she never send it.<br> few days after that I received a call from another man who claimed he was talking on behalf of mweb, to my surprised he told that mweb is going to blacklist me, what surprised me the most was that he told me I used data to call landlines (whatsap call), he told me I have a 24 months signed contract with mweb while on my side I have an email from their agent that says I have a 12 months data contract only. I therefore requested this guy to email me those documents that says I have a 24 months contract and that I have signed but none of these have come to my possession except the ignorance and lies,
