Contacting Mweb impossible!!. Unacceptable service

Cannot contact them either telephonically or via their suggested live chat using the app. Service is dismal held on for 20min for billing department then another 30 minutes for retention department, no answer from retention department. Experienced the same problem previously, no answer from retention department. I’m a pensioner calling from a cell phone.
