Constantly Throttled

I had one day in the last month where someone's email sending got stuck and sent me about 25GB of the same email in one day. MWeb throttled me so badly after that, that I have been unable to do just about anything on my ADSL for the last EIGHT days!!! The speed is worse than dial-up! I get an annoying email every day stating that I am still misusing the network and that I am still throttled. Why, MWeb, why?! My internet has been so slow the last 8 days that I am in no way possible to use the internet, never mind \mis"use the internet. I can even see from your own logs that I have not used much internet in the past 8 days!<br> <br> Why am I still paying for internet that I cannot use? Surely you can see that there was just ONE day of high usage?! And also that it was through a POP3 port"
