Constantly have Outages and are hardly ever Online

Mweb has been providing poor network connectivity service throughout my subscription. It’s a fail thing where there is alway intermittent outages. When you log it with their tech support the best they can say is we have an outage in your area. Today the 20October 2024 the outage have gone from 8:45am in the morning and is still out at 19:40 without any communication as to why . I pay a premium price for my 100/100 line however hardly get to use it because Mweb is constantly offline. Also I don’t care who their underlying network provider is . I have a contract with Mweb and they should get their suppliers in line if they are not meeting customer obligations
