Constant Follow ups

<p>On Friday the 3rd of March we managed to get a Telkom technician to come and install our phone line . finally! so while the technician was busy other that we called meet to setup the internet in the meantime. we spoke with a lovely consultantcalled Hershel . he explained everything to my Husband and together they setup an option . he said he would call us back in an hour or two one we had the landline number . </p> <p> </p> <p>since then we have had such troubles with Telkom and fights to get them to fix the damaged cable so that they can install the landline which we are still waiting for. </p> <p> </p> <p>bit Herschel has been on point the whole time . he phones already twice a week to see if there is any update , we are now at the point of when he calls I laugh because I can't believe how on top of it he is and yet we have to run around after Telkom. </p> <p> </p> <p>the service from mweb has been amazing. I am waiting the day that Herschel calls and I can give the landline number ! </p> <p> </p> <p>he is very positive and even apologises on behalf of telkom because even now he cannot believe what we have had to go through .</p> <p> </p> <p>Herschel is just the best ! wish more customer service places had staff like him ! </p>
