Consistent non-existent service from MWEB

I submitted a complaint about Mweb's service last week ,mentioning that they didn't bother to respond to an email sent to the complaints division. They haven't responded to the hellopeter submission either. Whereas this company was one of the best a few years ago, they are not close to the bottom of the barrel. Their lack of interest in a client, whose money they willingly accept, is just scandalous. As a result I am looking for another service provider.
