Trying to cancel a contract of a deceased person and told that it is not possible to just cancel, need to do a change of ownership first and only and then will they cancel. Called back and spoke to person whose name I could not hear properly, something like Standerton in the new business section, I asked her to sepll name and she put the phone down. Personally, i am with Afrihost, and they are fantastic. i will NEVER deal with a compnay with staff as rude and unhelpful as this and I thsi was for new busienss. Just wondering if the shareholders of this company will be happy with this type of treatment of people.
