Connection without internet

Mweb is pathetic, from the moment of installation, I have been trying to get hold of mweb but wen I call the call center, it requests a OTP which is sent to my number which I don't have anymore, My family has never used the wifi before and they keep on deducting almost R5000 outta my account, from today the wifi don't work, I have called Telkom they have reset it but it gives the same problem , connecting without internet, mweb just come get your router n modem, it's useless to me and my family, it's frustrating.....
