Confusion with package

I placed an order which was cancelled & when I made a follow-up of my order, they realised my order was cancelled. Everything started from scratch & unfortunately put on a wrong package. I called after realising I'm put on a wrong package to take my account back to the origin so now MWEB sounds like they blaming me for that since I forfeited the 1st 2 months free special. My order has been cancelled a lot , I ended up being confused but realised when it was finalised that my package has been changed. May this be rectified & I get my 1st 2 months free special, I repeat, I didn't upgrade I just took my package back to the original package of my very 1st order.
