Compliment - Jawwaad Flaendort
I would like to thank Jawwaad Flaendort for the assistance he provided to us with regard to a fibre installation. After numerous frustrating calls to both MWeb and Vumatel where we were told by Vumatel that the installation order had been cancelled even as MWeb showed the ticket as open, Jawwaad took resolving the call to the next level. He managed to within 24 hours, after being sent from pillar to post for three weeks, to have Vumatel contact me to confirm an installation date. Well done!
