<p>To Whom It May Concern:</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been a MWEB client for a few years.</p> <p> </p> <p>Recently (22 March 2017) Telkom installed a fibre line at my place of residence and once I phoned through the circuit number to the people in your<br /> sales department I was informed that it would take 5-7 working days for the fibre router to be delivered to my office.</p> <p> </p> <p>However, I was pleasantly surprised when the said router was delivered to my office today at 11:04 which is less than 48 hours since I logged the call<br /> for the router to be sent to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to thank and extend my gratitude for the amazing service that you have presented me with over the past few years.</p> <p> </p> <p>Being a MWEB customer is truly an amazing experience and I will definitely recommend you to anyone!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks guys and keep up the great wor**** J</p>
