Complicated

Wanting to connect my router, I'm unable to.. Tried to log on to my account on your app your password is ridiculous and can't be changed.. Can't check anything in terms if billing.. Don't know what I need to do to log on or even connect my router... This is absurd.. The router keeps flashing font know what's going on Can someone just assist
