Complaints Mweb
I have been trying to get hold of the support team or customer care. No response for weeks now on all the platforms telephonically and via live chat. They also do not respond to emails with call references. No communication at all. My monthly payment for internet has gone up by R200 in five months and no communication. This is shocking previously they were extremely prompt and easy to get hold of. Have no words how frustrated I am/
