Complaint on MWEB customer sales

I have received the worst ever service from mweb internet service provider. Apart from verifying yourself about four to five times per call it is expected of you to hold on for up to half an hour. That is if you are lucky enough for them to answer your call. I was trying to have my email activated since July with no joy. They transfer you to different departments like client services, technical,sales etc reverify with no joy
