COMPLAINT MWEB - RIPOFF

I signed up with mweb fibre contract starting 1 July 2020 and now am moving house and the new place doesn't have MWEB fiber in that area. so i have to cancel my contract and get the service provider that does have fiber in tat area. I am not being charged a cancellation fee of around R2000 - why is this when I am not the one who has to cancel the contract - its MWEB who are not in that area. If they did operate there I would continue with the contract ? Why am I being penalized for their lack of service ?
