Complaint for ********** service

Mweb is very fast to deduct your debit orders and sell something to you. But as soon as you have issues they do not respond. I used all of my minutes to try contact them, the one person that did help me was unable to actually solve the problem. I have emailed mweb 3 days on a row now telling them that my LTE's light has been red the last few days. Not a single response or effort has been made to contact me or resolve this issue. Mwebs service is terrible and **********. Do not buy any product or service from mweb!
