Complaint / Cancellation

This company is a *****, no one ever attends my query, since I signed up for their LTE Router February 2023 - this device has been occupying my house as an ornament - I has never worked and I reported this issue from the first week I received the device, every month thereafter calling them 3 to 4 times a month - no one is ever taking my query to resolve it - the last time I spoke to their consultant, I asked to speak to a Supervisor or Floor Manager, also this didn't happen I was told all of them were in a meeting and was promised that a Manager by the name Samantha will call me back - still to date I'm still waiting for her call she never called. They have been deducting on my bank account since the inception of this month to month contract but they are not resolving the issue, so I'm sitting with their device with no service at all but I'm paying - how *****ulent is that .... I need my money back and I'm taking this matter to ISPA the Ombusdman and I want to sue them for this ill-treatment .... Mandi
