Complaint about mweb

Hi Peter I want to put in a complaint about mweb fiber we received our router around almost a month ago been phoning in to mweb like everyday asking and begging them when they are gonna send someone out to install our fiber line and always haveing excuses every time and promises that they don't keep bt yet they debit our account for amount of R1080 for a service that we arnt even using at the moment we really want this solved and someone to come out and install us or we cancel the service and gonna give them a bad review
