Complaint!!!

Hi hope someone will attend to query asap. I app**** for uncapped data with fibre in the internet. This was 3 weeks ago, so far no contact from mweb but instead they have debited my bank account with R900 when they have not even bothered to connect me or put in the fibre. I'm very frustrated, I have tried calling, each time I hold for about an hour then I give up !!!! Mweb needs to attend to this urgently ☹☹
