Complained of fibre network not bring activated after 48 hours.

I have been speaking yo numerous agents on mweb about the activation of my fibre line.Contacted them on Monday and supposingly the order was activated,but no one has ever contacted me as yet.My touter was delivered last week Friday and still have no network.The services of mweb is really pathetic and if this proceeds your company will lose z lot of customers.
