Complain

I wish there was an option to give a 0 rating for this ISP. Mweb is the worst ISP I've ever been with. I took out Vuma reach via Mweb my service is R399 monthly.this month January I missed a payment however on the 8th I called in to enquire and make a payment I was told to pay R546 my service was not activated by end of business on the 8th even after countless phone calls where I lost R700 on airtime since I'm using prepaid. They advised me to download their app to communicate but they hardly reply when u chat to them via their app. On the 9th of January I was advised by one of their agents sipho nkomo to make a payment using the pop up on the app, I followed the instructions he gave me to make another payment of R546 even after he confirmed that my payment from the 8th was located. My service of R399 monthly is still not active after having paid R546 twice which makes the total paid R1092.00. Today as I'm writing this review on the 13th of January at 14:12 my service is still not active.

This is totally unfair to me as a client to pay double the amount and still not get the service I paid for. You would swear mweb consultants are shareholders their attitude when talking to you their client over the phone their behavior is so inhuman. This other one apparently from activations by the name Gino I think, he just hung up on me after holding a line for 49 minutes to get through on Thursday, that is ridiculous. I am extremely tired of this mweb it drained me alot to an extend that I am no longer interested in their service I just want my money back. I will sign up with another ISP
