********* company with shocking service

Firstly, at some point over the past couple of years mweb increased my plan without me noticing and started charging me extra. It is absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone and can cost R200 in airtime and 45 minutes of your time before someone pics up the phone. I eventually cancelled and moved over to another ISP and now mweb are refusing to release the fibre line to that ISP. I am not sure if they are intentionally holding the line hostage or if they are just completely useless. Either way, I am stuck with a fibre line with mweb that does not have any internet and no way to force them to release the line. Most of the time, I can't even get hold of them
