communication with Mweb is terrible

Mweb services is terrible there is no way to contact them at all if by call it takes forever for assistance and to only log a query on Mweb app is hard cause i want to reset my login details so how am i supposed to do everything via that.

there is no email address to even contact them and only email is valid for documents there need to be multiple ways to communicate with them and many people can access certain means of communication and one of it is wifi with Mweb.
