Communication and Cancellation issues

I strongly recomend that people stay away from Mweb, there is no communication with this business at all, I have tried on their app, calling and emailing.

When I eventually got through, the lady I spoke to seemed upset with the fact that I needed assistance..

I am still waiting on my cancellation confirmation and refund.
