Clown Show

What a bunch of clowns. Previous ISP (legends Connect) sold out to Mweb (debit order came off on the 1st of the month) however they cannot migrate me accross even though they have all my details. Keep on being told it has been escalated (probably called about 6 times and get the same reply every time) Spoke to Mweb technical guy today, Mr Nathan Van Tonder and he guranteed me personally that it will be sorted out but to no avail. What a bunch of clowns my reference number is MWB***5 should anyone bother to take the time to sort this out????
