Choose Mweb of you want to spend your days crying over no service

The most atrocious service!!! I placed an online order weeks ago and still nothing. After being on hold for 30min+ you're still not given any answers. I had to contact my infrastructure provider myself to get the hardware installed. Nothing has been updated on the online portal regarding my order. I'm now on day four of what they said would be "up to 48 hours" for activation. Infrastructure provider says the line is working on their side, it's now for Mweb to activate but I'm still waiting. I honestly regret going through Mweb as they won't even let me cancel on something they haven't even activated yet. It's honestly a crock of *******
