Choose Mweb if you like throwing money away

I logged a query on 1 February 2024, because my 50mbps/50mbps line is running EXTREMELY slow (0.14mbps/0.02mbps). On 5 Feb, I got fed up because I had received ZERO response, so I called them. After about 40 mins on hold, technical support finally answered and assisted me (she was very nice) and assured me that a technician would be sent within 6 - 10 days, that being worst case scenario. It is now 17 Feb, and I've received no feedback. 17 days and I'm still waiting for this to be resolved??? Really??? I've just paid over R900 for under 1mbps connection this month.
