Choose MWEB for ZERO Internet at a premium price

Been a customer for years. Added another package, have been billed for 2months but ZERO access to interne. Have logged a number of calls, fault finding, yet I am told that I will need to pay R1500 if they have the OpenServe service provider come out and it is found that the error is on my end. Asking myself how can the problem possibly be with me if both the ONT and Router are plugged in and the LAN to WAN is correctly connected.
