Charged for steak but getting a plate of veggies

I have reported issues with speed a few times. I am paying for a 75mbps line but get very slow speeds for R839 per month. The latest excuse is the undersea cable. Tonight I am getting under 1mbps speeds. Really? Weeks down the line. This is unacceptable. If you go to a restaurant and order a steak but are given a plate of veggies, but then charges for a steak would you accept that? I don’t think so. Never mind that it takes over 3 days to get an acknowledgment of a complaint or enquiry so I actually had to call in twice for feedback to queries logged. I’m changing providers.
